Your instructions will be emailed to you.

You must print these off as this will contain travelling details. Airport Taxis Booking will not refund you if you have forgotten to take these with you.

It is your responsibility to check all the details of the booking. Airport Taxis Booking will not be held responsible if the information is incorrect.
If on checking the booking, the information is wrong please email us immediately and we will amend the booking and send out a new email with the correct details.

Airport Taxis Booking recommends that passengers arrive at the airport no later than 2 hours prior to flight departure, Airport Taxis Booking takes no responsibility for passengers missing their flights if the two hour check in time was not allowed. You are however free to arrive at the airport for a time less than 2 hours but Airport Taxis Travel takes no responsibility for any missed flights due to this.

Airport Taxis Booking hold no responsibility for passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport, there will be no refund.
Ensure that you give Airport Taxis Travel your arrival times and day of arrival, not your departure details. Inform Airport Taxis Travel immediately if there are any problems on your departure details and we will try our best to accommodate.

Airport Taxis Booking use their own transport whenever possible but we do use third party companies where appropriate.

Reservations made on the following dates will be subject to a sub-charge:  24/25/26/31 December & 1st January. Other days may be affected. For full information contact us on 0843 2 899 799

Waiting Times
Airport Taxis Booking allows up to ½ an hour waiting time after a flight has landed after this there will be a £10/hr pro rata charge added on.

Tolls
Bridge tolls are not included in the instant online quotes. The passenger will have to pay the driver.

Cancellation Policy
Airport Taxis Booking will accept any cancellation as long as it is made 48 hours prior where there will be a 10% administration fee/transaction charge. All cancellations are to be done by email and confirmation will be sent out. If you do not receive a cancellation email- then please ring us on 0843 2 899 799. Refunds are not paid if the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys , or cancellations that are made less than 48 hours before the journey.
